Why: It’s a country escape only an hour and a half away from Melbourne.
What’s there to inspire you: The tranquility of the trees and hills will leave you in awe.

Where to eat: Dining at the Convent is a must when visiting Daylesford.
Where to shop: The Mill Markets.
Why: Its one of Australia’s most captivating beach towns.
What’s there to inspire you: The Beach. The Hinterland. The Relaxed Coastal Vibes.
Where to stay: The Bower, Byron Bay.
Where to eat: Bang Bang, Bayleaf & The Mezz.
Where to shop: Habitat Collective, Spell & The Gypsy Collective and Hope & May.
Why: It’s one the of world’s most famous islands, I say why not!
What’s there to inspire you: The way that Oia is built into the side of the island is just breathtaking (especially at night).

Where to shop: Get lost in the village streets of Fira and Oia, it’s a treasure trove of linen, island lux and trinkets.
